Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment and no-shows will incur a 50% cancellation fee. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their service and may still be responsible for the scheduled service cost. • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit or prepayment for future appointments. • We understand emergencies happen and exceptions may be made at our discretion.
